The above are all the cakes that i made for my dear friend at Celcom, Wan Norazimah for her wedding hantaran. Sorry Wan, i could not update earlier. When i received her call, i was contemplating whether or not to accept the orders. I was new and have no confidence. Anyway i pray hard that i will not disappoint her - for old time sake ya Wan. Tq Wan, i really hope that i met your expectation.

Wah! Lama benar saya tak dapat mengemaskinikan blog saya ini, bermacam perasaan saya rasakan. Sebenarnya banyak sungguh peristiwa yang berlaku sepanjang tempoh yang amat lama itu, gembira ada sedih pun ada juga. Sebaiknya dicatatkan yang gembira saja, yang sedih lebih elok dilupa. Kehidupan saya berubah sejak 23 Mei yang lalu apabila 360 orang pelajar Bahagian 1 Asasi Undang-undang mendaftar diri. Bilangan yang memang di luar jangkaan kami. Bayangkan unjuran yang kami buat hanya 150 orang sahaja. Bilangan yang sedia ada pula lebih kurang 110 orang, maka jumlahnya lebih kurang 470. Keadaan memang amat mencabar waktu mula-mula menerima mereka, tentulah kami mahu berikan yang terbaik walaupun terpaksa menghadapi banyak sekatan dan had. Alhamdulillah semua cabaran dapat diselesaikan dengan kerjasama dan komitmen tinggi semua pihak, yang kami harapkan kini "anak-anak" atau "adik-adik" semua berusaha dengan gigih untuk mencapai kejayaan dan impian bersama. Jumlah pelajar yang ramai itulah maka saya terpaksa berehat seketika daripada hobby yang satu ini. Apabila pelajar bertambah, beban kerja pun bertambah... bukan jam pengajaran saja, marking malah kerja-kerja pentadbiran juga. Saya memang hilang minat untuk membuat kerja-kerja tambahan lagi... balik rumah, tentu masa untuk bersama keluarga dan rehat sahaja. Panjang pula cerita saya ya. Gambar-gambar ini sebenarnya tempahan-tempahan yang saya terima sebelum tarikh 23 Mei itu.

I have no intention to post any entry on this but when I saw it at ita’s I got excited to share the same. I must admit Rosalind Chan is fantastic. But since I was rushing to go back on the same day I’m not satisfied with my grand finale project. Anyway I really had a good time; making new friends who share the same passion, learn more decorating tips and techniques and getting the chance to enhance my ability. I started to have confidence in taking wedding cake projects now so wish me luck!

I want to express my special thanks to Rani for inspiring me to join the class, Kak Daalia for doing the registration for me, Ita and family for their hospitality, Ema and Fazilah who keep me company during the journey back ~ sorry for my slow driving. We actually took about 5 hours compare to the normal 3… hehehe well we did stop for prayers and refreshment plus I never experience driving on my own at 1am ok. Enough said, view these...

No photo on my gift box, i forgot to snap any... and my son thot it was a real one, so just imagine what had happen to it...

Tiba-tiba terasa ingin menjiwai bahasa sendiri. Indah, jadi mulai sekarang saya akan mula menggunakan bahasa melayu juga. Walau bagaimanapun saya tetap ingin mengekalkan penggunaan nama 'darlingsweetheartcakes' kerana nilainya tersendiri kepada saya. Saya juga ingin menyeru rakan-rakan semua untuk menggunakan bahasa melayu yang betul! Saya kurang gemar menggunakan bahasa melayu yang cacat dan tidak sempurna kerana bahasa melayu adalah harta bangsa yang tiada nilainya, jika tidak disanjung lama-kelamaan tentu akan terhakis dan terus hilang di mata dunia. Namun demikian, English is also important, it would be better if we can master both languages. Saya tetap juga akan menggunakan bahasa inggeris di sini bila-bila saya berkeinginan. Baiklah cukuplah saya membebel, mari kita cerita kek pula... Gambar di atas ini hasil saya semasa ke kelas kak mis. Gambar ini pun diambil sebaik habis kelas, jadi kurang sempurna, nak ambil yang baru oh... masa tidak mengizinkan. Apa pun kelas yang bagus dan menghiburkan dengan gelagat rakan-rakan lain. Opps 'sugar box' saya belum siap di hias, entahlah bila... hujung minggu ni jadual saya sangat padat, minggu depan pun sama....

I was not able to update for a very2 long time, there are so many things to do with so limited time. Things changed tremendously when my darling king started his new commitment, the second princess started her year one and the prince charming started going to play school. The new semester also has started which means the queen has to prepare for another duty - classes and tutorials to discharge her responsibilities to the students. Ohh dear how i really miss all my ex-students who are now pursuing their BLS in Shah Alam, hope they will work hard and enjoy the challenge! Congratulations to those who achieved good result in the last exam. Anyway i'm satisfied with my life, although i have passion in baking and decorating but it is just a hobby, so i'll only venture it whenever i have free time. Take care everyone...
